All defective claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Returns will only be accepted with your cash register receipt. No returns, exchanges or cash refunds will be given without a cash register receipt. Call Customer Service for instructions for returning defective merchandise.
If product is not defective, restocking charges will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality plant material on the market. Due to conditions beyond our control such as weather and planting and watering/care practices, we do not gaurantee plant material such as annuals, perennials, houseplants, bulbs, and fresh flowers.
Due to the seasonal nature of our business, holiday items such as Christmas and Halloween merchandise will not be refundable.
Items purchased at a discount or at one of our sales is considered final and cannot be returned.
Custom work and special orders must be paid in full and cannot be returned for a refund.
