On Line Return Policy

We value our customer relationships and aim to maximize your shopping experience. If you have any issues with any product purchased at our store, you are welcome to return to our online store. For more information, please see below:

  1. Defective – For issues with defective items, please contact customer service at orders@deesnursery.com within 5 days of order receipt and show proof of defective item. If item is found to be defective, Dee’s Nursery will send a replacement item right away. If product is found to be in good shape, customer will be subject to Buyer’s Remorse return policy. For exchange item, please place new order through Dee’s Nursery.
  2. Buyer’s Remorse – For returns related to buyers remorse, please contact Dee’s Nursery customer service at orders@deesnursery.com within 5 days of order receipt. Customer must then ship item back to Dee’s Nursery for full refund of product sale price less 15% restocking fee. For exchange item, please place new order through orders@deesnursery.com
  3. Inaccurate Shipment – For returns related to inaccurate shipments, please contact Dee’s Nursery customer service at orders@deesnursery.com within 5 days of order receipt and show proof of inaccurate shipment. Customer must then ship item back to Dee’s Nursery for full refund of total order amount (product cost plus fright) and return freight and Dee’s Nursery will send the accurate item. For exchange item, please place new order through Dee’s Nursery.

In Store Return Policy

The Dees’ Nursery & Florist Return Policy (Purchases made at our retail store location)

Returns or exchanges on purchases made in our retail store must be made within 7 days of purchase date and require a cash register itemized receipt. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without cash register receipt.

Due to circumstances beyond our control we do not accept returns on live goods such as annuals, perennials or houseplants.

We do guarantee trees and shrubs and you will receive a copy of our tree and shrub guarantee policy at time of purchase. Any tree or shrub claim must be accompanied by our guarantee policy and cash register receipt and presented to a Dees’ Associate.

We do not accept returns on custom design work as all custom work is considered a FINAL sale.

No returns will be accepted on any item purchased on Dees’ Sales Days or discount prices. Sale and discounted items are considered a FINAL Sale.

We are not responsible for goods left over 30 days.
